How does the TRT process work?

There are just a few steps to the Moore process:

  1. Online Assessment – Fill out a quick questionnaire about your general symptoms.
  2. Physician Review – Our doctors review your responses and issue a lab requisition for blood work.
  3. Consultation Call – Discuss your lab results over the phone with a physician to determine if TRT is right for you. If approved, a prescription is sent to our partnered pharmacy.
  4. Discreet Delivery – Medications are shipped directly to your door with a signature required for added security.

How do you know if you are living with low testosterone?

Low testosterone can manifest in various ways, including fatigue, reduced sex drive, erectile dysfunction, mood swings, depression, and reduced muscle mass. If you experience these symptoms, particularly if you’re over 30, a blood test can determine your testosterone levels.

Why is blood work required?

Blood work is crucial to accurately diagnose low testosterone and to tailor the treatment plan to your specific needs. It helps determine your baseline testosterone levels and monitor the effectiveness of the therapy over time. Additionally, treatment may have adverse effects that need to be monitored closely, hence, blood work is completed quarterly.

Is my treatment guaranteed?

While Moore Health Group is committed to delivering effective treatment plans, individual results may vary, and treatment eligibility cannot be guaranteed. Testosterone will be prescribed based on medical necessity.

Will TRT affect my fertility?

Medications prescribed under our TRT program can reduce fertility by suppressing LH and FSH, hormones crucial for stimulating sperm production. This suppression can lead to decreased spermatogenesis. However, if you have low testosterone levels and wish to preserve fertility, alternative options are available, such as monotherapy, which helps stimulate LH production.

How long does the eligibility process take?

The eligibility process, from completing the online assessment to receiving the results of your initial blood work, typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks.
